Join us Friday, April 11 for the exciting finale of the 2024-25 BravoPiano! Recital Series with 2019 winner Anna Han at SoundWaves!

Anna was first introduced to the HHIPC in 2019 as our Third Prize winner, before winning numerous other  competitions, including Second Prize at the 2023 Naumburg International Piano Competition in New York City.  A passionate advocate for the traditional masterpieces that have enchanted audiences for centuries, she has also explored new avenues of musical expression, including more than thirty compositions by living composers.  A native of Mesa, AZ, Anna is currently one of four pianists in the Sir András Schiff Performance Program for Young Pianists at Germany’s Kronberg Academy, and she is also Education Director at the Lunenburg Academy of Music Performance in Nova Scotia, an institution dedicated towards nurturing emerging young artists of the highest caliber from all around the world.

Anna will showcase her keyboard virtuosity in music of Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Bartók, Liszt, and Schumann, among others, so please come experience world class artistry in a wonderfully intimate setting here at SoundWaves.
