Born in 2000 in South Korea, Suah has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the Israel Symphony Orchestra, Novosibirsk Academic Symphony Orchestra, and Presidential Orchestra of the Russian Federation. Following her debut recital under the sponsorship of the Kumho Asiana Foundation at the age of nine, she has given numerous performances at major venues including the Jerusalem Center Concert Series, Steinway Concert Series, Yamaha Youth Concert Series, and at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall.
Suah has performed at the Gorgievsky Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace and the Great Hall of the St. Petersburg Academic Philharmonic at the International Tchaikovsky Youth Festival in 2018. She was the first prize winner at the 9th International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians in 2015. In 2016 she won first prize at the 1st Arthur Rubinstein International Youth Piano Competition, where she also received a prize for the best performance of a commissioned work and a CD recording contract. Recently she won first prize at the concerto competition of the Tel-Hai International Piano Master Classes and received an invitation to perform with the Israel Symphony Orchestra in 2019.
Suah served as a junior juror at the 15th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition and performed at the opening concert. She has appeared on Korean broadcast television and radio and on the Israeli TV program ‘’Intermezzo with Arik.”
She is in her second year of a bachelor’s degree and is currently studying with Arie Vardi at the University of Music, Drama and Media Hanover.
